Just wanted to show you another infographic that I found detailing how to use either a treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster, etc to achieve the results you want in your body whether it is to slim down or to get more muscle. I will admit that the ‘Bulk Up’ category of this is a bit over-exaggerated…but it’s all in good humor. You get what the creator is trying to say. Enjoy! 🙂
